Live View Optimizations
The list view in our Location Live View page is now paginated and has a search option to find maps more easily, which is helpful for sites with a large number of floorplans. This optimization reduces the number of API calls and data pulled to help you get to your floorplan in a more efficient manner.
Access this page by navigating to Location > Live View
Marvis Actions
Sorting by Columns
This week we are bringing column sorting to the Marvis Actions page for a more organized look at all of your suggestions. Sort through your data by the name of your devices, or chronologically with the Date column to see the order in which your org experienced issues. Just click the header of the column you wish to sort by to select an ascending or descending order.
Wired Assurance
VC ports display
We have improved the Switches front panel UI to indicate Virtual Chassis port connections between your switches. Switches connected through Virtual Chassis will be shown with this icon on the ports:
Org Network Admins Claim Switches
We are now allowing Network Admin roles with Org access (Access to all sites) to claim switches onto your sites. Please note that Network Admins with only access to some sites are still not able to claim switches. Security Improvements
Email Address Change Verification
Now, when you wish to change your login Email address, we will send a verification link to the new address and require you to verify from there. This is to prevent users from changing their email to something incorrect (typo, or intentional) where they don’t have any access to. To change your email address, click on the 👤 icon, and click on My Account. Here, you can select Change next to your current email.
